enn Graham is the founder and CEO of Inclusivv (formerly known as Civic Dinners), helping organizations build trust, empathy and belonging through conversations that matter. In a world where more than half of people feel isolated and lonely, Jenn offers a simple and often overlooked remedy that can increase social connection and a create a greater sense of belonging: structured peer-to-peer conversations. 

 
As a social innovation designer, and former TEDxAtlanta co-organizer, Jenn helps organizations shift from a culture of monologue to a culture of dialogue. By providing structure to the inherent messiness and uncertainty of conversations, Inclusivv helps leaders harness the power of conversation to shape environments where psychological safety, collective empowerment and creativity flourish. In 2022, Inclusivv was a finalist in the 2022 SHRMLabs Better Workplaces Challenge Cup — a global competition among startups working to build better workplaces. 
 
Jenn is a graduate of the Techstars Atlanta Impact program, the City of Atlanta Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative, the Center for Civic Innovation Fellowship and Blackbaud Social Good Program. Jenn Graham has been featured as a “2020 World-Changing Woman in Conscious Business” by Conscious Media Company, and recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as “Small Business Person of the Year - Rising Star” in 2019. 


Her book, Conversations for a Change, draws on her own experience of facilitating meaningful conversations over the last decade within corporations, universities, non-profits and schools, and writes how everyone can learn how to incorporate the power of dialogue to create real and lasting change. It will be released in the fall of 2024. 


She and her husband live in Atlanta and have two beautiful children, William and Rose.
