Over his career, Ron has created campaigns for some of the world's most iconic brands. On the West Coast, his work helped establish Lexus as the #1 automobile brand in the U.S., catching the eye of The Martin Agency in Richmond, Virginia, where he took the creative reins for the Mercedes-Benz account.

After years at the nation's top creative shops, Ron co-founded Huey/Paprocki in Atlanta. Two weeks after launching the agency, he welcomed twins Alex and Nicholas—proof that he thrives under pressure. Creativity magazine named Huey/Paprocki one of their "Top 20 Agencies to Watch," and over seven years, the agency earned more than 300 awards, establishing itself as one of the Southeast's premier creative shops.
Â
Ron's work has been recognized by The One Show, Communication Arts, Cannes, and twice as an MPA Stephen E. Kelly finalist—honoring the top 25 magazine campaigns of the year. He has served on the boards of The Creative Circus, the Atlanta Ad Club, and the University of Georgia's Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, and has authored articles for Communication Arts, Creativity, Adweek, and other industry publications.
Â
A native of Winder, Georgia, Ron now lives in Atlanta, where he continues to create, mentor, and give back to the advertising community that shaped his career.
