Teresa's career spans over two decades of leadership in high-stakes environments, guiding leadership teams, marketing departments, and agencies towards significant achievements, particularly in acquisitions and digital transformations. As a decorated professional with accolades such as Cannes Lion, Effie, and Clio awards, she has established a reputation for creating solid foundations that foster outstanding work. Her expertise covers essential sectors like CPG, Retail/eCommerce, Fintech, and B2B SaaS. Notable leadership roles at esteemed organizations such as Razorfish, Engauge (acquired by Publicis), and Atlanticus highlight her ability to bring invaluable insights and knowledge to every coaching engagement.

Beyond her professional commitments, Teresa actively contributes to the development of future leaders as a mentor coach for OnBoard and the UGA Digital Marketing Competition. She is the co-author of The Purpose Playbook, a companion guide to the Turnaround Leadership Series, to create purpose-driven leadership and lead teams with transformative mindsets. Teresa holds a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and an MBA from Georgia State University. She is a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC) and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally, Teresa is certified in Wiley’s PXT Select Assessments and is a Positive Intelligence mental fitness coach and a Five Behaviors Authorized Partner.
