Founder and CEO, Purpose Group

Jeff Hilimire is the Founder and CEO of Purpose Group, a purpose-driven holding company. He is passionate about entrepreneurship, leadership, and doing good. 

He is also the founder of Dragon Army, a purpose-driven digital engagement company. Prior to Dragon Army, he founded Spunlogic, which was eventually acquired by Engauge. He is also the founder of 48in48, which develops free websites and digital marketing services for non-profits, and The A Pledge, which calls on Atlanta advertising and marketing agencies to create more inclusive opportunities in the industry. He founded 48in48 with fellow Ripples author Adam Walker and founded The A Pledge with fellow Ripples author Ekaette Kern. 

He is the author of the Turnaround Leadership Series, a four-book series on purpose-driven leadership, and is authoring the upcoming book, The Purpose Playbook, with co-authors Megan Barney and Teresa Caro.
